Born on Bothawui, 25 years before the foundation of the Imperial Republic, Hosk Buw'atu grew up to be a great entrepreneur in his time. Hosk worked for many businesses in high placed positions, and eventually became the CEO of Syntex Incorproated, which specialized in Security Software. He later served in the Bothan Council when he became interested in politics. While still the owner of Syntex Inc., Hosk turned over the position of CEO to one of his sons, whom he knew he could keep a better eye on than just any other member of the company board. He became a well respected member of the Council and many came to respect and look up to Councilor Buw'atu. He represented the Bothans to various different planets, serving as the planet's ambassador as appointed by the Council, and negotiated with many leaders of various systems and planets for the Bothan people. In this process he made many "friends" as much as Bothans do, and developed relationships that would prove beneficial to him in the end. During this process he attended the Coruscant Academy of Law and obtained a degree in Galactic Law. As a lawyer, he helped a member of the Bothan Council be cleared of false charges brought against him, and later was appointed a judge in the planet's highest court, and later the Royal Court. Recently he was appointed by Executor Treyson to the High Inquisition, where he has served for almost a year.

Inquisitor Elouna Joffuro, MD, PhD, JD was appointed by Executor Treyson to the High Inquisition two years ago. Prior to that she has served a dedicated life in public service to government agencies across the galaxy, including the Ministry of Justice, the Imperial Republic Security Bureau, the Ministry of Health, and the prestigious Valorumian Institute. Dr. Joffuro brings to the bench years of experience in solving murders through the use of Forensic Science and brings that extensive knowledge and understanding to the High Inquisition to ensure that only sound science is introduced, to ensure a fair and balanced trial takes place. As being one of only 81 board certified members of the Galactic Academy of Forensic Sentietology, Dr Joffuro has worked on thousands of planets across the galaxy, investigating mass graves, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, and countless other horrific scenes. In addition she has worked as a lawyer at the Ministry of Justice and as a Pathologist for the Ministry of Health and the IRSB.

Allan Deapoli was born on Naboo 20 years before the Imperial Republic's inauguration, Allan Depaoli joined the Imperial Republic Navy and served in it for 10 years, ending his military career as Captain of a Cruiser protecting the Chommell sector. He was raised in on a planet that supported peace and his family was very peaceful, though they believed in protecting themselves. Unlike most military personnel, Allan became interested in politics and law, and decided to obtain a law degree at the best known academy of law, on Coruscant. After finishing his degree he returned to Naboo and became a lawyer, though there was little use for them on Naboo, and ended up serving more clients in the sector than the planet itself. Although not Force sensitive, he had a great talent for discerning truth. It was part of the culture of his people, as truth meant everything to them. He later became elected a judge of the people, and his talents were discovered by one Revan Centurion, then an Executor of the Imperial Republic. He was appointed by then Executor Centurion as a member of the High Inquisition, one of the youngest and least experienced members of the Ministry of Justice, but later became one of the most respected leaders in the Ministry of Justice.
